Join us during inspiring wellness workshops and connect with a community of other creatives!
Art wellness workshops offer a unique and enriching experience for individuals by fostering personal growth, creativity, and community connection. Here are some of the key benefits:
-
Participants can explore their thoughts and experiences in a visually expressive way. This can be restorative and empowering.
No art experience is required.
-
These workshops bring people together in a safe, supportive space where they can share their art process. This fosters a sense of belonging, reduces feelings of isolation, and strengthens communal bonds.
-
Art allows individuals to reflect on their inner world, helping identify and explore personal values, goals, aspirations, & more!
-
Art wellness workshops create a nurturing space where individuals can explore their creativity & process freely. The facilitator’s role is to provide gentle guidance, support, and encouragement, fostering an environment of trust and acceptance; honoring each participant’s unique creative journey, focusing on the process of self-expression rather than teaching specific artistic skills.
Through thoughtful prompts and discussions, facilitators help individuals navigate personal challenges and spark self-discovery. -
Creating art can be a powerful way to process and release. It can help participants gain clarity and foster a greater sense of self-awareness and resilience.
Engaging in art is known to be helpful in reducing stress & promoting relaxation.

Process Painting:
Virtual
-
Let’s get together as we embark on a journey of creative expression. Process painting focuses on the act of visual expression and the process of the art making, rather than the product. This process is a way to engage in self-care, setting aside time to create.
Set aside time for yourself, nurture your creativity, and engage in meaningful self-care as you paint freely and expressively.
This workshop is for individuals who hope to engage in a visually expressive manner. -

Do you want an art workshop facilitated somewhere in particular?
Let me know! I’m open to hearing about other places to bring my workshops to. I can hold these virtually and in-person, depending on the in-person location. Please feel free to use these contact form below, or email me if the form does not apply.
Lindsey*, as a facilitator, is bringing in her years of being an artist and facilitator of groups.
*Although these workshops are facilitated by Lindsey, a licensed counselor and art therapist, they are non-clinical in nature. This means they are focused on wellness and creative exploration rather than therapy & mental health treatment. They are self-pay only, and insurance reimbursement is not available. These workshops are not a replacement for therapy either.
These workshops provide a space for participants to freely express themselves, connect with others, and find encouragement as they build and explore their creative projects. The focus is on fostering support, self-care, and community in a non-judgmental, wellness-based environment.
