Clinical Groups

Groups offer great benefits such as: developing communication skills, promoting self-esteem & personal growth, gaining confidence & being in a supportive environment.

Learn more about these groups below!

Groups for those in NJ & FL

Virtual Tween Girls
Art Therapy Group

This group will be for tween girls ages 10-12 to gain connection, allow time for processing, learn skills, gain support, & visually express themselves! Since we will be in a virtual space, privacy is a must.

Open to individuals in NJ & FL

The group will meet weekly for 8 weeks (more or less depending on the group) virtually for an hour. These will be clinical groups, meaning that there will be time to discuss topics further as appropriate if wanting to go deeper in the work.

This also means that super bills can be provided if requested. That way, there is availability for reimbursement depending on your insurance plan.

I recommend reaching out to insurance to inquire more about reimbursement for a virtual group therapy session, similar to if you were to go to an individual Out of Network (OON) provider, such as myself!

Virtual Millennial Women
Art Therapy Group

This is a group for millennial women within the 28-44 age group. Women will join together virtually to explore emotions visually, allow time for processing, learn resources & skills, and gain support. Since we will be in a virtual space, privacy is a must.
