Hi, I’m Lindsey

I bring extensive experience in the mental health field, working with diverse populations across various settings. My focus is on helping individuals navigate challenges like anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, and more. Using a tailored approach, I utilize a variety of techniques to help clients reduce symptoms and achieve meaningful goals.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where emotions can be expressed freely. Together, we’ll work to set realistic, healthy goals while I guide and gently challenge you along the way. I encourage honesty, openness, and a willingness to apply the tools we develop during sessions to life outside of therapy. As we work together, I’ll be your advocate and biggest cheerleader, supporting you every step of the way.

From a young age, I felt a deep sense of empathy for those around me, a calling to support others in their struggles. As I navigated my own anxiety & self-doubt, which often felt like an internal torment, I realized that I had limited tools at my disposal to cope effectively. The tools that I share in sessions, are tools that I practice as well.

This struggle ignited a passion within me to learn and grow, leading me on a journey to become a counselor and art therapist. I wanted to equip myself with the skills and resources needed to help others find their voices and resilience, ensuring that those I work with have access to the tools that can guide them through their challenging moments.

I have always been interested in art & identified as an artist at a young age. I discovered art therapy during a high school art class & fell in LOVE. Future forward, I found a college where I was able to study this wonderful field. I am a big advocate for the arts & understand firsthand of the power it holds.

Wouldn’t it be great to learn ways to reframe unhelpful patterns, work through uncomfortable feelings in a safe space, develop appropriate techniques to assist growth, and build confidence?

My Journey

overcome fears zipline

I never thought I’d be able to do anything like this… going on a plane to Iceland, ziplining… let alone ziplining UPSIDE DOWN. I was able to ride out those feelings & you can too!

Are you ready to GO FOR IT?
